Should you need to cancel your reservation after purchase - Glenfield will issue you a Gift Certificate to use at another dinner show or the option for a bed & breakfast stay equal to the same value if available up to six months from purchase date. Refunds are not issued, but we do allow exchanges towards other functions or arrival dates for B&B stays, tours, or dinner shows based on availability. All reschedules are subjected to $25 restocking fee. All no call/no shows. and credit card disputes to any event or lodging will forfeit their Gift Certificate.

Please note for lodging, we reserve the right to move your accommodations to one of our preferred properties that have been prepurchased if your lodging bedding request is not available. This may happen due to maintenance issues, overbooking, or various reasons beyond our control. All lodging will be specified to the type of bedding you requested and breakfast if applicable.
