In the event that you need to cancel your reservation after purchase, Glenfield will issue you a Gift Certificate to be used for another arrival date, subject to availability up to one year from original date of stay. Cancellation during blackout dates or city sell-out events is not eligible for a refund; instead, a gift certificate will be issued. Any no call/no show or credit card disputes related to an event or lodging reservation will result in forfeiture of the Gift Certificate. As the demand for lodging rooms is high while the supply of accommodations is limited, we kindly request that you carefully consider your decision before making a booking. This ensures clarity and avoids any misunderstandings in the event that a cancellation becomes necessary.

By selecting "buy now" or submitting a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all policies and procedures outlined herein, including venue location guidelines. Please note that for lodging reservations, we reserve the right to relocate your accommodations to another room or property of similar quality by informing  you in advance (if applicable) in case such a change becomes necessary. This may occur due to maintenance issues, or reasons beyond our control. All lodging arrangements will be specified according to the type of bedding you requested and will include breakfast if applicable.

At Glenfield, we take disputes seriously and strive to ensure a fair resolution for all parties involved. It is important to note that any disputes, regardless of their nature, will result in the forfeiture of the issued gift certificate.
